Milestones Made, Change Ignited!

Prime Educational and Social Trust is proud to share that we have successfully completed the Niranthara Sahayak – Organizational Change Management Programme, an intensive initiative aimed at strengthening our organization’s ability to create lasting social impact. This programme has been instrumental in enhancing our capabilities in governance, leadership and strategy, program management, fundraising, technology, and many other areas critical to running an effective and sustainable organization.

The journey through this programme has been both challenging and inspiring. Every module, discussion, and assessment pushed us to think critically about how we operate and how we can improve our processes to better serve the communities we work with. With dedication and teamwork, we achieved an assessment score of 80.97%, reflecting our commitment to continuous learning and excellence.

Completed on 5th May 2025 as part of Cohort 5 in Tamil Nadu and conducted by the Dhwani Foundation, this achievement is more than just a certificate on the wall. It is a testament to our drive to grow stronger as an organization, to innovate in our approaches, and to ensure that every action we take leads to meaningful change in the lives of the people we serve.
