Health education for the girls in Janani Home On 26.07.2023 the girls in Janani home were oriented regarding health education. Hygiene Education: This involved teaching about personal hygiene habits including washing hands correctly, showering regularly, and oral hygiene practices like brushing and flossing, and menstrual hygiene management. Nutrition Education: The girls learnt about the importance of a balanced diet, the role of different food groups, understanding nutritional labels, and the importance of hydration. Physical Activity Education: This involved educating them about the importance of regular physical exercise and its benefits, showing them safe exercises they can do, and encouraging them to stay active.
