Visit to the Puducherry railway station by the Janani Home children On 26.05.2023 the children in Janani Home were taken to the Puducherry railway station for an exposure visit. The purpose of the visit was to acquaint the students with the transport facility used by most of the people in our country. It helped the children to get hands-on experience to observe how people travel. The children observed the ticket counter, the train name and timings on the information board, the indicators displaying the time and name of the trains and waiting rooms available on the platform for the passengers. For some children it was their first experience of visiting the railway station. The visit was informative.
