The Independence Day cultural program at Janani Home for Girls was observed in the evening with simplicity and sincerity. The event brought together the children and staff to honor the day with reflection and creativity.
The program began with a prayer, creating a calm and respectful atmosphere. This was followed by the screening of a documentary on India’s freedom struggle, giving the girls an opportunity to learn and reflect on the sacrifices that shaped the nation’s history.
Next, the children presented dance performances, filled with rhythm and enthusiasm. Their steps to patriotic songs expressed joy and pride in the country’s heritage.
Following the dances, some of the girls delivered speeches, where they spoke about independence, unity, and their hopes for the future. Once again, the program returned to the stage with another dance performance, which kept the momentum alive and added vibrancy to the evening.
The sequence continued with a speech by one of the girls, sharing her thoughts on the importance of freedom in everyday life. Afterward, a yoga demonstration was held, where the girls performed postures that highlighted strength, balance, and focus.
The evening concluded with the sharing of refreshments, bringing everyone together in a spirit of harmony.Through this program, the girls of Janani Home not only celebrated Independence Day but also expressed their creativity, confidence, and collective spirit in a meaningful way.
